Iron Extractor

SKU: IXRA8550/IXRA8505/IXRA8520

Iron Extractor is a high-performance, acid-free iron remover engineered to deliver meticulous decontamination across wheels, paint, and exterior surfaces. Formulated to break down stubborn brake dust, embedded iron particles, traffic pollution, and resilient road film, it ensures a safe, effortless rinse-off process with minimal agitation.

Upon contact, the formula triggers a chemical reaction that dissolves iron deposits—visibly turning deep red/purple as contaminants break free. This makes iron fallout removal fast, efficient, and highly satisfying, eliminating the need for aggressive scrubbing.

Safe for painted, polished, chrome, alloy, and coated aluminum wheels, Iron Extractor preserves surface integrity while restoring clarity, smoothness, and brilliance. With a recommended 1:3 dilution ratio (1 part product to 3 parts water), it provides exceptional value without compromising performance.

Experience a deeper clean with an iron remover engineered to professional standards—transforming vehicle surfaces with a fast, drama-free decontamination process.

Description

How to Apply (1:3 Dilution Ratio):

Step 1 — Prepare the Surface

Thoroughly clean the area with water or a general-purpose cleaner to remove loose dirt and grime.
Why it matters: Pre-cleaning exposes iron particles directly, allowing the remover to work more effectively.

Step 2 — Dilute the Product (1:3 Ratio)

Mix 1 part Iron Extractor with 3 parts water in a spray bottle or chemical-safe container.
Why it matters: Proper dilution ensures optimal chemical strength while maximizing product efficiency.

Step 3 — Spray Generously on the Surface

Apply the diluted solution evenly across the wheels or contaminated paint areas.
Why it matters: Full coverage ensures all iron particles make contact with the active formula.

Step 4 — Allow the Reaction to Develop

Let the product sit for a short period as iron particles chemically react and bleed into a red/purple color.
Why it matters: The color change indicates the iron particles are dissolving and detaching safely.

Step 5 — Agitate if Necessary (Optional)

Use a soft brush or microfiber cloth for heavily contaminated areas.
Why it matters: Gentle agitation helps remove stubborn deposits without damaging surfaces.

Step 6 — Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse with clean water until all product and contaminants are washed away.
Why it matters: Proper rinsing prevents residue and reveals a fully decontaminated finish.

Step 7 — Dry the Surface

Dry with a microfiber cloth or allow the surface to air dry.
Why it matters: Drying prevents water spots and prepares the surface for further detailing or coating.

Step 8 — Repeat if Needed

For severe iron buildup, repeat the process on remaining deposits.
Why it matters: Ensures complete decontamination for a flawless, smooth surface.
